High-Converting AI Video Editor needed to create market-leading campaigns that generate massive revenue.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for leading the production of our high-converting AI videos quickly and at high quality, ensuring we maintain our position as the #1 leader in AI video marketing for e-commerce.

  • Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day.
  • Increase your performance bonus by analyzing prior video metrics to increase views and conversions.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy, managing your daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines without needing hand-holding or frequent check-ins.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • 90% First-Pass Approval Rate: At least 90% of submissions require no revisions.
