Lead Modeling Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be a Lead Modeling Specialist who sets modeling standards and ensures the quality and accuracy of models. They will work closely with clients, participate in continuous improvement activities, and coordinate with other disciplines to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement modeling standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and complete drawings
  • Participate in sprint planning and execution
  • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Revit and other building information modeling software
  • 3+ years of experience in structural design and modeling
  • Experience working on mid-sized structural projects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
