As a luxury automotive experience consultant, you will embark on an exclusive journey to discreetly evaluate customer experiences and provide invaluable insights that help brands refine their services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from the comfort of your home, engaging with sales associates in various settings.
  • Observe carefully, assessing the overall customer experience, including ambiance, after-sales services, and overall retail environment.
  • Provide honest feedback through questionnaires, using our platform to share your observations and expertise.
About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to step into the world of luxury, leveraging your passion for automobiles and customer service to make a meaningful impact. With flexibility in mind, each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, allowing you to complete multiple assignments throughout the month.

With frequent opportunities available, you'll collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide, enjoying the freedom to choose your assignments and work at your own pace.

Requirements:

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Have a good understanding of the automobile industry and its complexities.
  3. Be passionate about improving customer service and retail environments.
  4. Enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills.
  5. Have a keen eye for detail and be able to observe discreetly.
  6. Be willing to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  7. Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
