We are seeking a highly skilled Client Acquisition Manager to join our team at Blue Sea Energy Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales strategy, execution, and results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals
  • Monitor productivity to ensure sales targets are met
  • Contact potential customers to explore new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Generate new sales leads and develop new accounts
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions
  • Create SPANCO (Suspect, Prospect, Approach, Negotiations, Close & Order) plans for clients
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
