ServiceNow Solution Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in software development and 4 years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting applications using ServiceNow ITSM products.

You will work closely with our team to develop software applications using various platforms such as Web, Mobile, and Desktop. Your strong background in software development, including Front End Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and UI Actions / Scripts / Policies, is essential for this role.

Apart from technical skills, we value excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical teams or support professional people management/technical thought leadership roles. If you have certifications (ITIL v3, ServiceNow System Administration/Development) and experience with web service integration (API, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML), it's a plus.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Set up, maintain, and support applications using ServiceNow ITSM products.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients.
  • Develop software applications using various platforms such as Web, Mobile, and Desktop.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
  • Four (4) years experience in maintaining and supporting applications (Incident Management, Request Management, Escalation, and Troubleshooting).
  • ServiceNow Knowledge in Business Rules, Access Controls Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions / Scripts / Policies, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, Workflows.
  • A track record of being part of a team implementing the assigned system to end users.
  • Experience with web service integration (API, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
  • Experience with Front End Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of IT service management.
  • Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory.
  • Prior leadership experience an advantage.
