Job Description:

The primary role of the Technical Lead is to oversee and guide a team of developers in achieving project goals. This involves providing technical direction, mentoring, and hands-on involvement as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to analyze and resolve complex problems, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team follows established development objectives, drives continuous improvement, and meets delivery commitments through effective management and technical support. You will also be expected to provide feedback to team members as necessary to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and coaching to software engineers to achieve project goals
  • Lead tasks and mentor engineers and developers
  • Design, maintain, build, integrate, and test sophisticated software components according to functional and technical design specifications
  • Develop high-level designs and establish technical standards
  • Represent and lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team and build relationships with internal customers/partners
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:
  • Solid experience in both frontend and backend development, with knowledge in testing
  • Experience in microservices architecture and implementation
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies and related software management tools
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SCRUM, software development programming is preferred
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work closely with a development team and interact with multiple stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, extremely responsive, and able to prioritize a large number of tasks
  • Self-motivated, works well independently and with others
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a complex, dynamic team environment with minimal supervision and good organizational skills. You must be willing to work onsite in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City and adhere to a 5-day compressed work week schedule.
