We are seeking a Sales Ambassador to join our team at UpSkill MNL. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and polite manner, assisting customers in-store and on the phone, responding to questions, directing customers to merchandise, and providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you will contribute to the team's daily targets by monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers and colleagues, developing strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications
  • You must be at least a senior high school graduate.
  • Prior experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required.
  • You should have good communication skills and be well-accustomed to customer servicing.
Location

The successful candidate will be based at Lucky Mall Binondo, where they will work alongside a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly salary of PHP 25,000 - 30,000, depending on experience.
