About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff member to join our team at Goldenhand Management Services Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals who possess strong accounting skills, particularly in payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns in compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Documentation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions by auditing documents such as invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations, in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and process employee wages, bonuses, and commissions, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely payment.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as an Accountant, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including the calculation of wages, bonuses, deductions, and compliance with labor laws. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
