  4. Preparation of Quantity Take Off (1 typical floor/ 1 podium/ 1 basement) (Based on Schematic Design Model)
  5. Preparation of For Construction Model (Based on Issued Fcd)
  6. Preparation of Detailed Design Model (Based on Ve & Precast)
  7. Preparation of Combined Services Model (Based on Detailed Design Model)
  8. Review Discrepancy of Combined Service Model – 3D
  9. Presentation of Coordination Data Report
  10. Preparation of Clash Free Model (Based on Resolve Coordination Data Report)
  11. Preparation of Submittal Drawings 2d (Based on Final Design Development Model)
  12. Preparation of Walk Through Presentation (Based on Final Design Development Model)
  13. Preparation of Construction Sequence (Based on Final Design Development Model)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of BS Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering;
  2. With experience in MEPF Design;
  3. Knowledgeable in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360;
  4. Experience in Revit Family;
  5. Experience in LOD 400;
  6. Willing to be assigned in Caticlan;
