Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Frontline Support: Handle client inquiries, respond to emails, and make outbound calls to resolve issues.
  • Policy Servicing & Endorsements: Process policy changes, submit endorsements, and manage certificates of insurance.
  • Billing, Payments & Compliance: Manage direct bill payments, generate invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Rewards Tracking & Support: Monitor upcoming renewals, track payments, and communicate with clients.
  • Data Management & Documentation: Collect and consolidate data from multiple policies, upload endorsements, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Insurance Knowledge: Experience working in commercial insurance, understanding policy terminology, and servicing workflows.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Suite, DocuSign, and other productivity tools.
