Admin Project Coordinator

Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking an Estimating and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an essential part of our construction administration process, this role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Description:This role involves combining estimating and administrative duties to support construction projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications using Bluebeam software, preparing detailed cost estimates, collaborating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining project records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in estimating and construction administration.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost factors.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
