Lead Cloud Platform Engineer

As a seasoned technical leader, you will provide strategic guidance and oversight to our cloud infrastructure teams. Your expertise in leading architectural design sessions, mentoring junior team members, and fostering relationships between teams will be invaluable to our organization.

  • Provide technical delivery leadership on client engagements, driving successful project outcomes through strong consultative skills and deep understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Partner with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones are aligned to a project plan, capturing key client decisions and facilitating change orders as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and their impact on existing offerings, driving innovation and growth within our practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills on multiple client engagements.
  • Collaboration with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones are aligned to a project plan.
  • Identification of new cloud infrastructure & security solution opportunities and leadership of infrastructure offerings committees.

Requirements include:

  • Reaching trusted advisor status within multiple accounts, supporting the growth of existing customer accounts through a 'Land & Expand' approach.
  • Leading and guiding multiple engagements that enable our infrastructure team to scale out.
  • Creation of reusable artifacts and content that enable our team members to bill their time to clients.
