- Provide ongoing support and proactive maintenance for our clients' cloud platforms through established processes, procedures, and tools.
- Support infrastructure setup, including response to escalations from the monitoring team to help analyze and resolve incidents.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions with clients in business terms, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Install, configure, and administer client systems to improve their infrastructure efficiency.
- Promote best practices to enhance organizational processes and optimize performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud servers, services, and software or equivalent sys admin experience.
- Experience in managed services, hosted service company, or Network Operations Center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for problem-solving and learning new technologies.
