Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Appraisal Specialist to join our team at Metrobank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit evaluation and appraisal, with excellent analytical, communication, and written skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the credit worthiness of existing and prospective loan applicants through verification of information and checking of various documents with private and government agencies.
  • Assess collateral being offered to the bank to secure a loan, dacion, foreclosure or for possible sale of a bank property or acquired asset.
  • Ensure appraisals are within the prescribed time frame and quality of reports is within acceptable standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Engineering or any course with Economics background.
  • At least 1 year experience as a CI/Appraiser in a bank or appraisal firm.
  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage.
