As a valued member of the RCBC team, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough inspections and verifications to determine the value of moderate to complex properties. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing appraisal reports that are comprehensive and accurate, catering to loan, sale, and acquisition purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scan and verify requests for appraisal from various units within the bank to ensure completeness.
  2. Undertake appraisals of complex real properties in diverse geographical locations.
  3. Verify property ownership through title verification.
  4. Determine the exact location of properties subject to appraisal using approved plans.
  5. Conduct site inspections of properties presented for collateral, sale, or acquisition purposes.
  6. Collect and analyze market data, comparable prices of similar properties, to inform appraisal values.
  7. Analyze market data to assign fair and accurate appraisal values to properties.
  8. Compile and submit detailed appraisal reports to the relevant approving authority for review and approval.

Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in Engineering or Real Estate Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in property valuation is required.
  • Strong appraisal skills, knowledge of technical and property laws are essential.
