Job Overview

The primary objective of the Shopify Brand Manager role is to oversee and optimize our online store.

About Us

We combine proprietary optimization software with Amazon management and 3PL services to enhance client visibility, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Store Management & Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
    • Conduct regular site audits to ensure all content, pricing, and product information are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and user experience.
  • Brand & Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop multi-channel brand marketing campaigns across digital and experiential platforms.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and new product launches.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
    • Identify opportunities for improvement using data and implement A/B testing on site elements, marketing campaigns, and user flows.
    • Optimize the store for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve site traffic and conversions.
  • Collaboration & Project Management:
    • Work directly with design and development teams to scope and launch new features, design updates, and custom functionality for the Shopify storefront.
    • Translate business needs and creative vision into clear requirements for developers.
    • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution of site enhancements and redesigns.
  • Customer Experience & Communication:
    • Ensure exceptional customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster a strong community around the brand.
    • Address customer issues in a timely manner.
