Expert Reporting Automation Specialists are required to enhance organizational efficiency.

About the Role
  • Design and implement custom automation tools for strategic initiatives, collaborating with department leads.
  • Develop web app forms using HTML, CSS, and Google Apps Script to streamline intake processes for reporting and QA requests.
  • Create and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks such as data cleaning and synchronization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced Reporting & Analysis
    • Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and interactive dashboards using a combination of Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Google Apps Script.
    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies supporting business decisions.
    • Presents findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify manual processes and propose automation solutions.
    • Provide technical support and guidance on automated tool usage.
    • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
    Requirements
    • 1-3 years of experience in a reporting, data analysis, or development role with a strong portfolio involving Google Apps Script.
    • Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Sheets including formulas, functions, and data validation.
    • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for developing web app user interfaces.
    • Experience with API integrations is beneficial.
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
