This Senior Savings Strategist position plays a crucial role in creating long-term savings and investment propositions that cater to the diverse needs of our customers.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Work closely with the Product Management team to design and develop new propositions that meet customers' evolving needs.
  2. Develop effective communication plans to promote new propositions and enhance customer engagement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address customers' long-term financial needs.
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through personalized solutions and exceptional service.
  5. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful proposition delivery.
  6. Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product management and/or product/solutions design, preferably in the long-term savings, life protection, legacy planning, endowment and VUL insurance space.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions and driving business growth.
