Creative Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative leader to drive the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our Creative department.

This role involves hands-on creation of compelling content, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media posts, and website materials. Additionally, this role requires overseeing the production workflow, managing a team of graphic designers and creators, and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including marketing partners, to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Asset Development: Actively create engaging visual assets that capture audience attention.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills or experience in data analysis to interpret campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize creative strategies
  • Creative skills with the ability to produce and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes; knowledge of photo and video editing software is essential

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field is required.
