About the Job

Your Key Accountabilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong technical skills in Windows, Office Suite, and other common applications.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, remote desktop tools, and VDI environments.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
