Key Responsibilities

The Fluid Systems Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing expert technical support to customers, sales teams, and customer service representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CSR teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Analyze technical issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and technical documentation to support training and onboarding efforts.
  • Stay updated on product advancements and industry trends to provide expert recommendations and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their technical needs and preferences.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing technical expertise for educational content and product promotions.
  • Develop and conduct product training for internal teams, customers, and partners to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
  • Train new associates on markets, applications, and product solutions to ensure seamless integration into the team.

Requirements:

  • A college graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering-related course with a strong foundation in fluid systems and engineering principles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role within the fluid systems, engineering, industrial manufacturing, or related industry.
  • Functional and technical expertise related to engineering or fluid systems products with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and respond to customer needs with empathy and concern.
  • Good customer service or customer relations skills with a strong emphasis on building trust and rapport with customers.
