Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer to lead our data infrastructure initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance data pipelines across diverse platforms and data sources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and build scalable, high-performance data pipelines using industry-standard tools.
  • Enhance data infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to uphold best practices and coding standards.
  • Support the development of other data engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data needs and deliver effective engineering solutions.
  • Resolve complex data challenges to ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or backend data systems development.
  • Experience in building data solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Proficiency in Apache Airflow, Prefect, Apache NiFi, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, and DataDog.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD Tools such as Docker, Git, CircleCI.
