Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Influencer Collaboration Coordinator plays a crucial role in building relationships, launching campaigns, and ensuring that influencer partnerships drive real business results.

  • Research, identify, and reach out to trend-savvy, brand-aligned creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators while ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continually optimize efforts.
  • Maintain and grow a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights.
  • Closely collaborate with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign ROI and performance metrics.

This role requires strong communication and copywriting skills, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends.
  • Familiarity with the psilocybin/microdosing space.
  • Ability to work Asia-aligned hours (Schedule35 is based in Tokyo).
  • Able to take ownership of influencer negotiations and deal closures.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with influencer marketing tools or databases.
  • Prior exposure to wellness, alternative health, or consumer product industries.
  • Content creation instincts or experience working closely with creators.
