Commercial Insurance Professional

This role requires a skilled professional to serve as a key member of the Commercial Lines team, responsible for educating current clients and attracting new ones. The primary duties include:
- Providing proposals to agency producers,
- Quoting policies with top-rated carriers, and
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and markets.
- Quote policies with major carriers (Auto-Owners, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, West Bend).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and markets.
- Service existing clients in person, by email, or via telephone.
- Process claims and make policy changes.
- Pull remarketing logs and enter renewal premiums into remarket logs.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance (preferred).
- A strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policies, coverages, and products.
- Familiarity with operations of an Independent Insurance Agency.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- The ability to professionally manage and respond to phone calls and emails.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and experience with agency management systems is highly desirable.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling policies, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
