Global Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Director is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive continuous improvement of financial policies and procedures.
Job OverviewLead the Financial Accounting Function: Take full ownership of end-to-end general ledger processes, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations. Provide strategic oversight and guidance to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Core Qualifications- Highly capable finance professional with a strong background supporting businesses.
- Bachelor degree in commerce and/or accounting and CPA qualification (or equivalent).
- Existing Finance Manager or Director with 10+ years experience supporting an international business (preferably based in Australia).
- Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll and GST legislation.
- Proven experience managing offshore teams and building relationships with stakeholders across a business, along with the management of external auditors and tax consultants.
Utilize your expertise to enhance our financial systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.
