Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to implement, support, and operationalize Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement new Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for clients, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Provide technical assistance during client onboarding, primarily via chat-based support, escalating to MS Teams calls as needed.
  • Migrate client data and applications into Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Deploy M365 capabilities to help clients align with best practices.
  • Analyze client systems and provide recommendations to optimize design, security, and functionality.
  • Maintain client documentation, standard templates, policies, and automation for consistent deployment.
  • Escalate complex technical issues beyond Tier II.
  • Mentor junior engineers within the support team.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance client environments.
  • Administer cloud-integrated solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in Microsoft 365 and Azure implementation and support.
  • Current vendor-recognized certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure, including EntraID, Intune, and Security capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models.
  • Proficiency with at least two of the following: Microsoft server and desktop environments, patch management, backup technologies, vulnerability management, scripting/automation (PowerShell or Python).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS CSC).
  • Understanding of Active Directory, EDR, firewalls, and best-practice architectures.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor others.
