Job Title: Data Entry Billing Clerk

The primary objective of this role is to perform a variety of tasks related to data entry and billing. This position requires the ability to review, process, and maintain basic accounting or construction-related documents.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in clerical work as a Data Entry Specialist and possess strong computer and business solutions software skills.

This individual will be responsible for working directly with office staff, assisting with multiple and varied tasks, and utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications to perform duties effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and efficient clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents.
  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless task execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement an organized filing system to maintain all office documents, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure timely payment of subcontractors and review invoices for proper documentation and approval before processing.
  • Enter invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily basis, adhering to established protocols.
  • Process purchase order invoices and serve as a liaison between internal and external customers to resolve any issues that may occur.
