Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing vendor bill processing across our entities.

This is a full-time role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data. The successful candidate will support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and accounts payable operations.

  • Manage vendor bills by receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering them into accounting software.
  • Ensure correct currency application for invoices.
  • Verify bill details, including amounts, vendor information, and account coding.
  • Maintain timely data entry to support accurate financial reporting and accounts payable processing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Commonsku is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage high-volume data entry independently in a fast-paced environment.
