Business Analyst Role

The primary goal of this role is to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams, ensuring seamless alignment of goals and objectives.

A successful Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements;
  • Developing and maintaining process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories;
  • Creating comprehensive documentation, including process flow diagrams and business cases;
  • Facilitating discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals;
  • Conducting UAT test scripts, creating KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials.

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
  • Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows;
  • Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent.
