Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in helping small business owners succeed by guiding them through the process of building business credit.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with clients primarily over the phone and email to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Utilizing our online systems to manage tasks and client communication, including HubSpot.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to empower our clients and drive business growth.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, who is fluent in English and has a neutral accent. The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace.
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts during US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM to 7 PM ET).
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
