- 4-8 years of experience in credit card or loans business, preferably in leadership roles.
- Credit Risk Management - Develop and maintain credit risk models to ensure accurate risk assessments.
- Portfolio Analysis - Analyze lending portfolios to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Collaboration and Communication - Foster effective communication among stakeholders, promoting seamless implementation of credit risk strategies.
