Job Overview

The Performance Ad Designer role is a key position within the business, responsible for creating impactful campaigns that drive clicks, visibility, conversions, and real business growth across paid media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze creative proposals and briefs to determine creative requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather missing information and define project needs
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for review and feedback
  • Design static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with design principles
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work
  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Monday.com, Notion, Figma, and Frame.io would be ideal
  • Knowledge of how design choices impact ad performance, including metrics and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment
