Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant financial operations, focusing on revenue accounting and automation to support the company's global growth.
This includes:
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements.
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Performing month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entry postings.
- Processing monthly revenue tasks, including reconciliations and posting of entries.
As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and reconciling cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Experience working with SaaS companies is a plus.
