Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator

This is a challenging role that requires an individual to handle various aspects of accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure tax compliance of vendor invoices in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Process accounts payable, ensuring applicable taxes are applied accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records and post entries for accounts payable transactions.
  • Ensure timely payment of accounts payable or adherence to scheduled payment plans.
  • Promote an efficient filing system for financial documents and records.
  • Manage tax filings and payments in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Develop and enforce effective processes and procedures for the Accounts Payable and Finance Department.
  • Evaluate and escalate challenges and issues to direct leaders and department heads as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting-related fields.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience in accounts payable.
  • A strong willingness to commit to daily attendance at our Manila office.
  • Familiarity with basic tax filing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is highly beneficial.
  • Experience with AP systems is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
