Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients' customers succeed. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our clients' customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate solutions to their problems.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, updating records and notes as necessary to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or marketing, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
