Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Professional to join our team in a full-time remote position.

  • Process and monitor financial transactions, including bills, invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Build relationships with vendors to ensure compliance with financial processes.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
  • Prepare regular financial reports comparing actual vs. budgeted expenditures.
  • Generate forecasts for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transaction Processing: Monitor and process bills, invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in accordance with established financial procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Build relationships with vendors to ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring timely and efficient data entry.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports comparing actual vs. budgeted expenditures, providing actionable insights for management.
  • Forecasting: Generate forecasts for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual periods, enabling informed business decisions.
