We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our Prestigious Law Firm in Makati. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary and a Bachelor's degree in Secretarial or a related field. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). A typing speed of at least 40-45 wpm is also required.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the office, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and ordering supplies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Typing speed of at least 40-45 wpm.
