Job Description

The Night Operations Specialist is a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional who provides critical after-hours support for our eCommerce operations and IT infrastructure. This role serves dual functions: monitoring and resolving system errors, and providing first-level IT support for user access issues.

This individual will work independently during night hours (10pm - 6am Eastern Time Zone) to ensure seamless business operations across multiple integrated systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze error patterns and identify root causes.

This is a full-time position requiring minimal supervision and allowing the employee to work independently. We are looking for someone who can prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Systems Support (Primary Focus)
  • Monitor multiple integrated systems for order processing errors
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, ASN errors, invoice discrepancies, and fulfillment problems
  • Document all error resolutions and maintain detailed logs of system issues
  • Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure continuity of operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Experience with web-based applications and basic understanding of system integrations
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly with provided training
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze error patterns and identify root causes
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently during night hours with minimal supervision
  • Problem-Solving skills required, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and persistence in finding a resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Work Environment
