**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Foton Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting dealers in providing excellent after sales service, monitoring dealer targets, developing action plans, and ensuring compliance with standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Coordinate with dealers to ensure excellent after sales service.
  2. Monitor dealer targets and develop action plans to achieve customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct regular follow-ups on dealer compliance with agreed plans and monitor job request progress.
  4. Provide timely updates to concerned departments and clients on job request progress.
  5. Conduct daily post-service calls to dealers regarding concerns and inquiries.
  6. Ensure dealers are aware of their compliance with standards and agree to follow the process.
  7. Conduct regular visits and performance reviews with dealers and agree on corrective actions where necessary.
  8. Receive and address direct concerns from customers, dealerships, fleets, inter-departmental teams, and accredited service centers.
  9. Ensure compliance with ISO policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in dealership operations and after sales service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
