**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dealer Operations Coordinator to join our team at Foton Motor Philippines, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with dealers to ensure excellent after sales service, monitoring dealer targets, providing action plans, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Monitor dealer targets through intensive monitoring and proper guidance to achieve customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement action plans based on assessment results, provide training, and offer necessary assistance as required.
  3. Conduct regular follow-ups on dealer compliance with agreed plans and monitor job request progress.
  4. Provide timely updates to concerned departments and clients on job request progress.
  5. Conduct daily post-service calls to dealers regarding concerns and inquiries.
  6. Ensure dealers are aware of their compliance with standards and agree to follow the process.
  7. Conduct regular visits and performance reviews with dealers and agree on corrective actions where necessary.
  8. Receive and address direct concerns from customers, dealerships, fleets, inter-departmental teams, and accredited service centers.
  9. Ensure compliance with ISO policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and after sales service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
