We are seeking a consultant to conduct an in-depth thematic analysis on protection, as part of a multi-country program. The objective is to assess the effectiveness and impact of our interventions across various countries.
Responsibilities- Conduct a comparative analysis of operational strategies to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Analyze the peer-to-peer approach and its relevance in achieving expected results, including its potential to reach marginalized or vulnerable children and youth with disabilities.
- Examine how cross-cutting approaches affect youth protection issues and contribute to the institutionalization of protection mechanisms.
- Assess the operational choices of field teams and their methods to evaluate effectiveness and impact.
- Evaluate the sustainability potential of our program's results and their contributions to national policies.
- 10+ years of experience in protection and human rights.
- Expertise in thematic studies and research methodologies.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
This is a consultancy position that requires strong expertise and experience in protection and human rights.
