The Compliance Analyst role at our company is a critical position that plays a key part in upholding regulatory requirements while fostering a high-performing culture.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements. This involves:

  • Maintaining ongoing oversight over ResultsCX compliance
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists
  • Researching and analyzing changes in regulatory and legislative requirements

You will also provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required. Additionally, you will maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. You should have a university degree and 5 years' relevant experience, including experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit. Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. Education: University degree.
  2. Experience: 5 years' relevant experience, including experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Knowledge: Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
