We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will be responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types.

In this role, you will design, write, and schedule regular eDMs including campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers. You will also optimize email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include creating on-brand digital assets including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral. You will maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials.

You will manage and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This includes posting, stories, and reels. You will monitor and respond to social media community engagement and direct messages.

Our ideal candidate has strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). They have experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify. A strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies is essential.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is required, as well as a positive, can-do attitude.

Bonus points if you have experience in women's health, beauty, wellness, or ecommerce industries. We value collaboration, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn and grow.
