Job Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Crew/Barista. To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Food and Beverage or a related field, or at least a college-level education.
  • At least one year of work experience in a casual dine-in restaurant or fast food establishment, or equivalent experience in a coffee or beverage shop.
  • Fresh graduates with on-the-job training background as a Barista are also welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience working with coffee or beverage shops like Starbucks, UCC, Coffee Bean, Bo's Coffee, Krispy Kreme, Tim Hortons, Jamba Juice, Seattle Best, and Cinnabon is an advantage.
  • Visible tattoos are allowed as long as they can be concealed or covered by an arm sleeve.
Job Responsibilities

As a Service Crew/Barista, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting our company's products by educating customers and preparing a variety of drinks.
  • Welcoming customers by determining their interests and needs.
  • Presenting and explaining our drink menu, answering customer questions, and preparing and selling drinks according to prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
  • Generating revenue by attracting new customers and defining new and expanded services and products.
  • Maintaining inventories by replenishing supplies, stocking, and maintaining equipment.
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Key Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to multitask, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
