Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled marketer to oversee our social media presence and influencer marketing program. As the key driver of our brand's organic reach, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content calendar that aligns with our business priorities.

You will need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working in both creative and analytical environments. You should have excellent copywriting skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to communicate complex topics in an engaging and relatable way.

A personal connection to the subject matter we cover is essential, as is a proven track record of growing followers and engagement across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating high-quality content and building strong relationships with influencers and experts in their field.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and executional skills. You will need to be able to move quickly without sacrificing quality, while also testing and iterating based on performance data. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions are crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience managing social media and influencer marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills
  • Proven track record of growing followers and engagement across multiple platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment
  • Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Personal connection to the subject matter we cover or a deep interest in learning about it
