We are a leading global and independent full-service social media agency and are seeking native Traditional Chinese speakers to engage and excite audiences in the Chinese markets, with a focus on California-related content for a nonprofit client in travel and tourism.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage with brand audiences across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring timely, professional interactions that reflect the brand’s tone.
  • Manage and grow an enthusiastic online community; moderate and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful space.
  • Address customer inquiries and comments with context, accuracy, and sensitivity to cultural nuances.
  • Work in the travel and tourism domain, focused on the Chinese markets.
Working Hours

Flexible across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to cover project hours; further details provided in the process.

IT Policy

We operate a BYOD policy. To qualify, your device must meet the following requirements:

  • Operating system: Windows 11 or macOS Ventura (13) or higher with admin credentials.
  • RAM: at least 8 GB (16 GB recommended).
  • Stable home broadband: minimum 20 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload (50 Mbps/5 Mbps recommended).
  • 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended).
  • Webcam and headset.
  • Android or iOS device for 2FA.
  • Chromebook, Linux, and Cloud VMs are not supported. If you need to run a local VM, provide specs and justification.
  • Touchscreen monitors without a keyboard/mouse are not allowed.
Child Protection

Requirements
  • Excellent Traditional Chinese writing and language knowledge.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Background in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency.
  • Experience with social platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and understanding their audiences; ability to stay on top of trends.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Social Sprout) and internal tools (availability scheduling, Google Chat, etc.).
  • Cultural knowledge and interest in California; ability to learn the California brand and product offerings.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, with a structured approach to productivity.
