As a Content Tagging Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and categorizing digital content, managing FAQs on social media platforms, and ensuring optimal discoverability across various channels.

Job Description
  • Tag and Categorize Digital Content: You will accurately tag and categorize digital content to enhance searchability and user engagement.
  • Manage FAQs: You will manage and respond to frequently asked questions (FAQs) on social media channels promptly and appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Content Creators: You will collaborate with content creators to understand the context and intent of content for effective tagging.
  • Maintain Consistency: You will maintain consistency in tagging practices across all content types to ensure uniformity.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: You will monitor content performance metrics and analyze the impact of tagging and FAQ management on engagement.
  • Update and Refine Tags: You will update and refine tags based on performance data and evolving content strategies.
  • Develop Best Practices: You will assist in developing and implementing best practices for content tagging and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in content management or digital marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO Principles: Strong understanding of content categorization and SEO principles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems and tagging tools is a plus.
