Job Description

As an Executive and Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • * Managing the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
    * Preparing executive presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
    * Processing administrative documentation requirements and maintaining records for company executives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
