Job Overview

The Data Operations Specialist is a vital role that bridges the gap between data teams. As a key member, you will oversee complex data tasks, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to process improvements ensuring data accuracy and client satisfaction.

  • Oversight and execution of intricate data manipulation activities, strictly adhering to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing sophisticated issues and guaranteeing high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Thorough audits on listing data to maintain precision and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs
  • Collaboration with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support in developing junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.
  • Timely completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets.
Key Requirements
  • A professional with 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is a plus.
