Job Title:

Clinical Account Manager

The role involves managing healthcare accounts, specifically with experience in AthenaOne EMR. The ideal candidate will possess a background in collections.

Duties:

  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and resolve issues for healthcare clients using AthenaOne EMR.
  • Manage customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.
  2. Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  5. Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings or holidays as needed to accommodate business needs.
